Beauty myth

I still can't believe how many beauty guru's on YouTube recommend putting water with your beauty products like eyeliner and Mascara when they've dried out. The products are probably highly over expiring date and altough it may work. Water is full of bacteria and when kept in a closed bottle of somesort the bacteria multiple. So would you really want to put that on your eye? It can cause things like a flammable eye. I hope you'll learn from this, because its better to buy a new Mascara than to take medication!
